A wrong label is expensive. It costs years of the wrong tuition, the wrong scolding, the wrong self-story — "I'm the slow one" is a sentence a child can serve for a decade before anyone tests whether it was true. METHOD · THE PROCESS
Most anxiety around assessment is about the unknown. So here is the whole journey, step by step — the same for every family, every time.
An unhurried first meeting (in person at Apollo Noida, or online). You tell the story — school reports, reports from teachers, what you've tried. We define the exact question the assessment must answer. A vague referral produces a vague report; we don't let it.
Developmental, medical, educational and family history. Old report cards, previous evaluations, paediatric notes — everything that gives the numbers their context. This is where fifteen years of clinical experience starts earning its fee.
Standardised, age-appropriate instruments — cognitive, achievement, attention, emotional — selected for your question, never a fixed package. Sessions are paced to the person being tested: fresh, fair, and without marathon fatigue that distorts scores.
Findings, scores and — most importantly — their meaning, in language a parent and a teacher can both act on. Every report is written to be read, not filed: reason for referral, tests used, results, interpretation, recommendations.

Reports follow the documentation formats that CBSE, IB boards and universities expect for accommodations. The combination of RCI registration and hospital affiliation is precisely what makes schools take the paperwork seriously. Bring your school's specific requirements to the first meeting and they'll be built in.
School screenings are designed to flag, not to conclude. A clinical battery uses validated instruments, administered and interpreted by an RCI-registered specialist, with history-taking and a written report you can take to any doctor, board or court. Both matter — they answer different questions.
It depends on the battery — a focused screening and a full cognitive-plus-achievement work-up are different pieces of work, and quoting one flat price would be dishonest to both. Fee is confirmed after the first consultation, once the question is clear. [[—]] to be confirmed
Clinical work happens comfortably in both English and Hindi. Some instruments are language-dependent; where they are, the right language version is used, and where interpretation matters, it's discussed with you rather than assumed.
Adults are assessed regularly — ADHD queries that survived from school years, cognitive profiling for career decisions, emotional assessment before therapy. The same discipline, calmer pacing.
"Nothing clinical" is a result worth paying for — it ends the wrong hypothesis, redirects the help, and often relieves a child of a label they were carrying. The report will say what was ruled out, and what that makes more likely. Certainty, either way, is the product.
